My mom was visiting recently and throughout our mother-daughter shopping time I noticed some thing interesting. The majority of the stores I made a purchase at asked me if I had want to get on their mailing list. That's very wise.
But, the WAY where they did this made a big difference within my answer. I said NO to almost all of them since they simply did not allow it to be tempting for me. I am talking about, who DESIRES more junk mail? Therefore if I'd like to be on your email list if you simply ask me, the answer will usually be NO.
But one store in particular got me. First of all, it was a designer apparel store I loved. Second of all, they did not ask me if I wanted to be on the email list. They invited me to become 'VIP Client.'
Say the words 'VIP' in my experience and my ears improve. Clicking www maybe provides suggestions you could give to your aunt. I-t of course is short for 'extremely important person.' And generally it shows an amount of respect and advantage. Suddenly I DESIRED to become on that mailing list, specially when the salesman told me it included specific benefits, such as early notice on a personal purchasing service, new arrivals, and private trunk shows.
And guess what happens? I would have also paid to be part of that - to be viewed as a VIP.
You see, people DESIRE to be part of something specific like ezine marketing. The example above was free. But don't underestimate how much your customers or customers will PROBABLY PAY to accomplish this, either.
Example: A pal of mine recently discussed he gives $15,000.00 annually to fit in with the President's Club of a local playhouse, although he and his wife can attend each show there for $150.00. Why would even a faithful attendee want to spend 100 times more? Specific treatment like favorite seating, valet parking, attracts to VIP capabilities, personal cafe for members only, network with a high level of individuals, and so on.
Yet another friend of mine pays for membership in a private bar in Los Angeles through to Sunset Blvd. For several of the same factors (but much more, I believe, because it impresses his days ; ). Discover further on our partner essay by clicking Note : Create Articles And Captivate Your Readers.
My marketing mentor Dan Kennedy taught me there's a portion of virtually EVERY customer or client group or industry who will joyfully spend FAR above common charges for convenience, position, and specific treatment.
I call it 'state clubbing' your organization. Why be the driving range by having an hourly fee when you can be the fashionable six-figure account club outside? You can offer both naturally, but examine what will sky-rocket your business FASTER, with high quality clients and less orders. Jump Button contains further concerning where to see about it.
One example of this is my private Platinum Mastermind system, that we released in 2006 due to over-whelming need for my personal training. This group of 15 significant small companies each pay $15,000.00 a year to possess better usage of me than anyone else, and in a small group environment where we meet 3 times a year at magnificent 4- and 5-star hotels and places.
My Platinums are, essentially, VIPs in my world! And since I keep somewhat of mystique in regards to the party, people seem to want 'in' a lot more. (One of my people got cornered in the girls room at my last O-nline Success Blueprint Workshop by many participants who needed to understand how they are able to enter Platinum!)
I discuss this to not impress you, but to impress upon you that in YOUR market (yes, *yours*) there IS a percentage of people who will gladly spend MORE - much more - for a greater level of service or treatment. Remember, you are maybe not trying to please EVERY one, just the select few who is able to afford that amount of service.
So now, take a moment or two and con-sider how YOU can start your own 'country club' for your clients and customers. Hit this website per your request to research why to consider this viewpoint. Whether it's a VIP amount of service or a private customer group that meets a few times a year.
To really get your wheels turning, imagine this... If you're able to get 10 people to agree to some sort of system that is only $10,000.00 a year, that's an extra $100,000.00 this year for YOU!.
